I am a 14 year old African American...i am mixed with all kinds of things down the line but i dont like my hair..i have a good length which is past my shoulders but i would just like to know how to grow my kind of hair and maintain its health.

My two cents are that you should keep your ends trimmed and if you have a relaxer make sure that it never touches your ends. Alway cover your hair before you go to bed or sleep on a silk pillow case.
