this worked for me,

well it is mostly about time. but let it grow for about 1/4 of a year then get a small trim of about 1/2 an inch. then this made it grow quicker for me.

or u can have a good diet rich with iron,calicium,vit B12,folic acid(try a multi vitamin)

do not use blow dryer hair straighener frequently and do not forget a thermal protecter before using them.
