Make hair grow longer fast!!!?

the back of my hair is currently at the base of my neck, and the sides are just a tad shorter than that (so just a bit beneath my jaw) i also have side bangs, and razored pieces at the front. how do i make my hair grow longer? i want the style where it's in lots of long layers, getting shorter as it nears the face.

get the dead ends trimmed regularly...this helps your hair grow alot faster, because having the dead ends on your hair, keeps hair from growing
