I have done all the tips that people have suggested to me exercising, eating vegetables, drinking water, taking prenatal vitamins and giving myself scalp massages. It still only growing 1 inch a month. Is there any way to make it grow faster or prevent my hair from breaking? I've already gave up all my styling tools and I use a natural brush. Also is there anything that will make my hair shinier? I want my hair to be down to my waist by Christmas and it is bra strap length right now. Thanx for any advice in advance :)

one inch a month is actually quite a good rate for your hair to be growing.
in august, i dyed my hair black and now i've been waiting for it to grow out and it's only about three inches of root.
about the shinier thing, garnier frutrisse ( spelling ) has an awesome sleek shampoo and conditioner that will
work wonders on your hair.

uhm yea, one inch a month is above normal ( normal is 1/2) so yea. hair can't grow like crazy though, even if we girls all wish =) sorry. extensions?
