Yea I have the same problem bit mine is not as bad...really thin hair and scalp line showing... and I am 20. The doctor said everything is 'normal' ...tried some stuff but now I'm resorting to a bit more drastic measures...I went to get rogaine but I'm trying this other thing called Regenetresse....I have high hopes..it was $20 for a shampoo, follicle stimulator and DHT blocker. I agree with everyone. You should go to the doctor to find out why your hair is falling out. Once i used a hair color I bought at walmart called Feria. I got two huge bald spots and used Rogaine. My hair grew out. At first it looked kind of funny like a plant was growing on my head but then it grew out fully.

too much iron is harmful and can be downright toxic. these vitamins are exceptionally rich in iron, which is needed for pregnancy.

all you realy need is some calcium/protein (being dairy -- cottage cheese is great, and it low in lactose)

biotin - which is vitamin b7, just grab a b-complex vitamin which contains the whole spectrum, which is great for metabolism too

you could also get some which gelatin. which is great for calcium and certain proteins (?) -- i have to check some books on this one. but jello never hurt anyone, did it?

i personally use nioxin shampoo/conditioner. its geared more towards men, but some women claimed it helped. it cleans excessive dht (decomposed testosterone), and disinfects the scalp from other nasties. its not a hormonal drug, if that was the case i'd much rather be bald. oh, if anyone knows of other products which work much like nioxin, let me know

Check out the symptoms for Celiac Disease (a gluten allergy) and see if it fits you. Try eating gluten free and your hair might grow back. The only reason I suggest this is because hair loss was a symptom for my mom and it happened just like you described it with yourself. If that isn't the cause, you may have allopecia (sp?) which is commonly found among asian women, but not always.
