Ok well heres my story:

im 13 years old. when i was about 4 my parents went though a terrible break-up and my mom stopped doing my hair because of deppresion. my hair started breaking off and now i have short hair that is down to my ears. =[

im in middle school now and i have to wear weave because my hair isnt long enough to wear out like all the other girls.can anyone PLEASE help me.

i tried so many products: doo grow, hair mayonaise, and i even tried the home remidie mixing eggs, olive oil, and mayonaise [gross]

PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING THAT WILL MAKE IT GROW AT LEASE SHOULDER LENGTH - I CANT LIVE MY LIFE LIKE THIS ANYMORE.

Okay this is what you to do.

get a haircut. And i know what you're thinking...

"my hair is short enough I dont wana more of it off!"

But they will cut like a couple milimeters of hair.Its hard to explain but this will get rid of all your split ends and make your hair grow super fast.

Heat-heat damages your hair. Everytime you you use a blow dryer, and everytime you use a hair straightener you need to use heat protection. The best for a cheap price is this TRESSemme' they sell it at walmart so it's easy to get a hold of. Get their heat protection line (the spray form is the best) and everytime you are going to apply heat to your hair spray some of this on it. Always use heat protection ALWAYS.

And also moose Every time you wash your hair before you dry it buy some moose i use Smooth shine in the black bottle you can buy it at the dollar store. and its ideal for relaxed hair.

All these tips I use WILL work. Oh and i have african-american hair so yea Im not sure about your hair texture though.

And Get your hair done at a salon because after the first time they will tell you products great for your hair recommend stuff.

just trim it up and it will help it grow back faster. try a hot oil treatment also.

Honestly, there really isn't any product that can make your hair grow besides getting hair extensions (then you can wear your hair down because it looks like real hair)

Just don't get really long ones cause you don't want to be really short haired one day, and super long the next.

Gradually do it, start at shoulder length and work your way longer!

pre-natal pills work wonders for the nails and hair. you can buy them over-the-counter, they're just super vitamins. (make sure your mom knows ahead of time, she might find them and be all"oh no! she's preggers!?!?!"

also, eat more foods with omega-3s,, that's why asians have the best most beautiful hair and nails.

you can but smart balance butter with omega-3s, or eat more fish and duck.

What has always helped my hair grow (its now a little over 2 feet long) is always making sure it is trimmed (so there are no split ends) you don't have to cut it a lot when you do that just enough to banish the split ends then it can grow faster. Also make sure you use conditioner all the time. When you shower use warm water, but right before you get out run your hair through a really cold stream of water.

Don't forget to be patient, hair takes time to grow. That probably isn't what you want to hear, but its true. Give your hair a few months it sounds like it has really been damaged. Hair usually grows about half an inch a month but in your case it might take a little longer for the growth to kick in.

Also, a warning about winter months and hair, always always always make sure that your hair is completely dry before going outside once it hits freezing temperatures. Causing the water around your hair to freeze isn't going to help your hair grow, it might even break off in small chunks again. So be careful!

Stop with the weave. It stresses the hair. Keep it clean, get it trimmed every 6 weeks. Pre-natal vitamins will make it grow. Good luck!

You could try Nourishair, which suppoedly is a shampoo that makes your hair grow faster. I don't think those kind of things work, but what have you got to lose?

I would get rid of the weave and try to work my own hair. If people don't like it, that's their problem. :)

Trim your hair a bit, and while you wait for it to grow in the meantime get a cute short look, there's a lot of great short hair looks! Then you can have the cute short hair as you wait for it to grow.

use seabreeze (the one that's for scalp, nails, and face) three times a week. also try dr. miracles. it has a loud medicine smell so i suggest using it ay night, about twice a week. i used it for about a year and i had pencil curls when i first started, my hair is to my shoulders almost. seriously!!! Don't use to much heat and try to avoid weave glue and ponytails, they all break your hair.
