my hair is talking forever to grow!! is there a way to make them grow faster? if i wash them more often will they grow faster or if i dont wash them? somebody said if you dont wash ur hair for 20 days and then put powder on the 20th day they will grow 20 inches is this true? sounds fake obviously..

I learned and got some great experience to let my hair grow...
I eat fish like salmon,beef (3 oz) or , brown rice, and green veggies.
I put rosemary on my scalp every night before I got to bed. I know it will smells minty aroma. The pore is open it circulate the blood to flow its follicle.
When you get in the morning , massage your scalp for three minutes.
Use only natural shampoos and conditioners. Avoid Harsh chemically made products. Every two months cut a quater inches hair ends . It prevent splitted and slow of growth.

put some Rogain on your head or else just cut the slpi ends off ever 6 weeeks and it'll probablt take about 3-4 years to get it to your butt depending on the length now.
