Whenever I dye my hair, my roots come in soooo fast that I have to retouch them after 2 weeks! But when I don't dye my hair, it seems like it takes forever to grow. Is this just my imagination or does applying hair dye to your hair make it grow faster?

I swear, I thought the same thing. I have short hair and it seems every time I dye my hair it grows longer. I have been dying my hair for along time now and it seems when I stopped my hair stopped along with it. So, if you think it's growing faster keep it up however it does do alot of damage also. Make sure to use a hot oil treatment like VO5 on it to help keep it from getting brittle and breaking off.
