i just got a haircut yesterday and i got bangs

but they're a little too short and my whole hair is a little too short.. and i kinda wanna make it grow longer

i read some things where it told me not to wash my hair everyday, but i also have a thing with oily hair so if i don't my hair gets really oily

and also i straigthen my hair everyday because my hair is naturally wavy (not in the organized, pretty way)

and i try to blowdry it straight but when i go to bed the next day its just curly all over again

so i kinda need help for 2 things?
