If they messed up your hair, then you should have told them so!

Anyway, I guess you are too shy, so eat healthy (there are sites out there that tell you what vitamins to eat and so forth)

I guess about an inch will grow in a month. Try out different hairstyles since you don't like the one you have now.

There's nothing you can do to make your hair grow faster. To make it grow healthier, though, eat right.

And average growth for hair is 1 to 1.5 inches per month.

idk, stay in the sun, that helps it grow faster but that also bleaches it.

i work in a salon. prenatal vitamins wont work because you arent pregnant and dont have pregnency hormones, so dont try it. mane and tail shampoo is HORRIBLE for your hair, dont try that either. the only thing you can do is eat healthily and exercise. your hair will probably only grow about 4-5 inches in a year typically but it varies for everyone.

Half an inch. Hair grows about 6 inches in a year and nothing will make it grow faster.

drink plenty of water, exercise, and eat a lot of nutritious foods. also, try taking biotin.
