do u have any tips for growing hair, what shampoos %26amp; conditioners i should use, how long it takes to grow hair,

Use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners.

Don't heat style, and try to keep away from hair spray, gloss, product, etc . . .

Try to use a deep conditioning treatment as often as possible.

Trim every 4 - 6 months to keep hair healthy. Whenever you have excessive split ends.

OMG growing your hair out sucks! hair has a cycle so it grows about 1/2" a month and in different cycles. there is no shampoo or conditioner that makes it grow faster. Just hang with it an it will be over soon.........
